Lois Arde-Acquah

Through drawings, performance, and installation, Arde-Acquah explores the everyday and the notion of repetition as a vector of experimentation for the body and the mind in search of new meanings and new imaginaries. In 2020, she was elected the winner of the Kuenyehia Prize for Contemporary Art, a prize that identifies and rewards West Africa’s most outstanding artists between the ages of 18 and 40.
