What to look for ?
With two expansive tents set in Regent's Park, Frieze London brings contemporary art to the forefront, while Frieze Masters explores connections between historical and modern works. Alongside a dedicated sculpture area, the fair stands out as a key event on the global art scene.
This year, Frieze London takes a very specific turn as the art market enters a phase of recession. More than ever, emerging and mid-tier galleries are supporting the market, attracting new collectors in search of meaning and more personal, intimate discoveries.
Building on its commitment to a local, avant-garde scene, Docent presents a curated selection of galleries and artworks that reflect the complex and ambivalent times we live in.
