Daniel Gaitor-Lomack's work focus on the social and spiritual aspects of everyday objects. Combining chance and thoughtful consideration in his creative process, he creates pieces that reflect his personal history while also encouraging personal interpretation. Gaitor-Lomack works across various mediums, including sculpture, painting, installation, and performance. Incorporating psychically-charged materials into his art, he continues to reinterpret them in a dialogue between himself, his surroundings, and the objects he uses. Furthermore, he activates his sculptures through physical acts, highlighting the themes of transformation and referencing various techniques such as assemblage, conceptual and performance art.
