Shaun Motsi navigates complex questions of Black subjectivity, identity, and representation through a multidisciplinary practice that includes painting, video, installation, and writing. Drawing from his experiences across Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Canada, he critically examines how cultural narratives are constructed, inherited, and transformed within contemporary visual culture.
