Description
Human-crafted. AI-refined.

The artwork features a wooden table with a unique and textured surface, showcasing the natural grains and vibrant hues of the wood. The prominent legs of the table appear to be made of rough, unfinished wood, adding to the rustic and earthy aesthetic. The overall composition highlights the materiality and craftsmanship, creating a sense of warmth and tactility. B.1981, Iranian/American

Tala Madani’s painted canvases and animations conjure up enigmatic scenes, often populated by anoymous male figures. These men appear as if on stage where, apparently unconcerned about whether they are being watched, they laugh at each other, touch each other, paint each other, and even torment each other.
