Description
Human-crafted. AI-refined.

This collage-style artwork features a mix of various visual elements, including photographs, advertisements, and abstract shapes. The predominant colors are yellow, blue, and black, creating a bold and vibrant composition. The subject matter encompasses a range of themes, from vintage automobiles to outdoor scenes and human figures. The overall artistic style appears to be a collage or assemblage, where the artist has creatively juxtaposed and layered these disparate elements to create a thought-provoking and visually engaging piece. Artist
Hisachika Takahashi
1940

We have learned that Hisachika lived - and continues to live - a fascinating life contradictorily both at the center and on the periphery of the contemporary art world; assistant and collaborator with both Italian artists Robert Crippa and Lucio Fontana and subsequently the American artist Robert Rauschenberg, as well as a contributor to Gordon Marta-Clark, Caroline Gooden and Tina Giouard’s restaurant Food, and a contributing artist to the earliest incarnation of what is now White Columns, 112 Workshop, 112 Greene Street, Hisachika clearly was present.
