Stevie Dix
Artist
Stevie Dix
1990 , Belgian

Born in 1990 in Genk, Stevie Dix lived in London, where she studied at the alternative art school Turps Banana (2016-2017), before moving back to Genk in 2020. Expressing herself through undiluted oil paint, and occasionally lined with impasto, Stevie Dix has developed a raw, sensitive and bold body of work, which she describes as autobiographical and introspective. Oscillating between abstraction and figuration, she uses, sometimes obsessively, easily identifiable symbols to evoke universal ills.

GALERIE CHLOE SALGADO
Paris

Inaugurated in October 2018, GALERIE CHLOE SALGADO is a contemporary art gallery in Paris representing emerging international artists. Working hand in hand with the artists, the gallery aims to break with the notion of a gallery as an elitist space proposing instead a place of support, discovery and sharing, while also encouraging new generations of collectors and art enthusiasts.
