Human-crafted. AI-refined.

This contemporary artwork features a series of whimsical, stylized figures depicted in a charcoal-like drawing style. Christina Ramberg
B.1946, American

Ramberg is commonly known for being part of the Chicago Imagists, the cohort of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the late 1960s. The Imagists’ work is characterised by their fragmented perspective and vibrant colours, channelling inspirations from folk art history and the urban environment of Chicago. Like most Imagists, Ramberg was an avid collector: she collected everything from paper dolls to comic book clippings to medical illustrations. The texture and patterns of her collected objects would later take shape as her painting palette, characterised by attention to structure and integrity of shape. ...
