Judith Kakon (1988, Basel, Switzerland), currently lives and works in Basel. She received her Master in Fina Arts from Bard MFA, New York (2016) and her Bachelor degree from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem (2013). Her work revolves around the porosity between public and gallery space, and questions of usage, re-use and circulation. While also encompassing sculpture, installation, image-making as well as the use of text sources, frequently borrowed from transnational English.
