The artist Nicolas Momein creates sculptures in which the manufacturing process plays a central role. His interest in different types of materials and manufactured objects has naturally led him to consider the conditions under which they are produced, drawing on the knowledge of craftsmen, workers, farmers, etc. He positions himself as close as possible to these working gestures in order to immerse himself in and record the acts that shape and transform matter into products.
