Description
Human-crafted. AI-refined.

This contemporary artwork features a prominent orange-brown undulating shape that spans the top portion of the canvas. Below, a playful arrangement of colorful vertical lines and shapes in vibrant hues such as blue, yellow, green, and purple creates a dynamic and energetic composition. The bold, expressive brushstrokes and the juxtaposition of geometric and organic forms suggest a whimsical, child-like aesthetic. Outlines traced onto canvas might be emulated in ceramic, stretched into new dimensions or doused in a new color palette. This shapeshifting methodology is playful in tone, while a process-based exploration reflects Ninov’s deep interest with formal composition and abstraction within art history. References to music, collected objects, comic strip graphics, poetry and early animation films merge with Ninov’s art historical interests, to generate a body of work which is both conceptually and personally driven. ...
