Description
Human-crafted. AI-refined.

The artwork features a vibrant, abstract composition against an ochre background. In the center, a speech bubble-like shape displays a stylized, handwritten message in a cursive script. Hovering above it is an oval frame containing six distinct abstract forms in various hues of green, pink, and orange, suggesting a playful, child-like artistic style. The overall impression is one of whimsy and expressive exploration of color and form, hinting at the artist's intention to engage the viewer's imagination through a visually striking and conceptually intriguing contemporary piece. ...

Rudi Ninov works with drawing, sculpture and painting, often bringing these media together within a series of works. His practice balances a sense of spontaneity with a more precise, reasoned character. His paintings for example, host decided color planes and geometric line work, whilst more organic, gestural forms also surface in the frame. Outlines traced onto canvas might be emulated in ceramic, stretched into new dimensions or doused in a new color palette. This shapeshifting methodology is playful in tone, while a process-based exploration reflects Ninov’s deep interest with formal composition and abstraction within art history. References to music, collected objects, comic strip graphics, poetry and early animation films merge with Ninov’s art historical interests, to generate a body of work which is both conceptually and personally driven. ...
