Sasha Roshen, (1996, Ukraine) lives and works in Kyiv. Graduated in Painting at the Fine Arts Department of the Kharkiv School of Arts in 2016 and in 2020 at the Department of Scenography of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, in 2017 he successfully completed the artist course at the Academy of Media Arts in Kyiv. Between 2017 and 2019 he was a member of the artistic group “STO” (meaning “service station”, in Ukrainian). In his artistic practice he is mainly interested in painting and graphics as tools capable of reacting immediately to the political and social situations of the present time.
