Description
Human-crafted. AI-refined.

This intricate tapestry depicts a fantastical, dreamlike scene. The composition features a striking contrast between the vibrant, swirling patterns in warm tones and the stark, linear piano keys that frame the image. The central figure, seemingly a mermaid-like creature, emerges from a surreal seascape filled with ornate floral motifs and undulating shapes. The artist's skilled use of texture and layering creates a sense of depth and movement, inviting the viewer to explore this imaginative, otherworldly tableau. The historical or symbolic context of this piece likely reflects the artist's unique creative vision and exploration of the subconscious. ...

The artist operates mainly in the field of sculpture, creating pieces that blur the lines between commercial product, architectural relic, and artistic production. Her work investigates complex relationships between the viewer and the viewed. She produces her own materials and creates works that deal with different themes representing strength or weakness, depicted in their opposed forms and with a certain sense of humor and kitschy eroticism. Her installations appear in turns collapsed, destroyed, deflated, or fragmented, and question concepts such as monument, public edifice and symbolic architecture. Reality and artificiality appear in her work in a constant dialogue in which she exposes the fluidity or flexibility of politics, the art market, or the human body. Thus, her work often addresses power structures, ideologies and politics and asks the question: how do we want to live? ...

Sans titre is a gallery based in Paris. It initially operated as a project space and after three years of a nomadic existence (2016 – 2019) and numerous atypical spaces occupied (private apartments, industrial spaces, parking lots, a shipyard, a few hotel rooms, restaurants, etc.), Sans titre moved into a permanent address and embraced the gallery model. It is now located 13, rue Michel Le Comte, a few steps from the Centre Pompidou, in a former Restoration-era bar, whose facade is registered as a Historic Monument. Throughout, Sans titre works to promote international artists in the early stages of their careers. Alongside organizing exhibitions in a multidisciplinary approach, the gallery publishes fanzines, produces edition and creates events related to the represented artists. ...
