Description
Human-crafted. AI-refined.

This contemporary religious artwork showcases the ornate and intricate architectural details of a cathedral interior. The space is dominated by the towering Gothic arches, rich wooden paneling, and vibrant stained glass windows, creating a grand and awe-inspiring atmosphere. In the foreground, a simple stone sculpture and plaque stand in contrast to the elaborate surroundings, perhaps serving as a contemplative focal point for visitors. The overall composition and use of light and shadow suggest a reverent and sacred ambiance, reflecting the artist's intention to capture the spiritual essence of this historical religious site. ...

Chilean-born, New York-based artist Johanna Unzeuta intertwines components from Chilean craft practices, natural tinting, and repetitive mechanised movement. Unzueta’s creative output addresses the historical, technological, and social effects of labour on the nature of the human condition, as well as its interaction with nature. Employing techniques drawn from Latin American Indigenous craft practices, the paper that serves as the surface for her drawings is tinted by hand using natural dyes associated with the aforementioned practices.
