Description
Human-crafted. AI-refined.

This intricate black and white artwork features a striking composition of overlapping geometric shapes and intricate patterning, creating a sense of depth and movement. The dominant motif appears to be a cone-shaped form, reminiscent of a rocket or spacecraft, surrounded by a circular halo or disc. The overall style is abstract and highly stylized, with a focus on the interplay of lines, textures, and negative space. The artist likely aimed to explore themes of technology, futurism, or the relationship between organic and mechanical forms, though the exact intention remains open to interpretation. ...

Chilean-born, New York-based artist Johanna Unzeuta intertwines components from Chilean craft practices, natural tinting, and repetitive mechanised movement. Unzueta’s creative output addresses the historical, technological, and social effects of labour on the nature of the human condition, as well as its interaction with nature. Employing techniques drawn from Latin American Indigenous craft practices, the paper that serves as the surface for her drawings is tinted by hand using natural dyes associated with the aforementioned practices.
