Sofia Mitsola
Artist
Sofia Mitsola
B.1992, Greek

Mitsola’s paintings frequently feature larger-than-life, bare characters who engage the viewer with a direct gaze, inviting them to respond in kind. Through this interaction, she establishes new hierarchies and explores themes of voyeurism, power, and control, fostering a complex dialogue between the artwork and its observer. ...
