Brandon Morris

Brandon Morris (b. 2000, based in New York, NY) is inspired by science fiction, Victorian design, and animism. With technical skills and an interest in materiality, function, and style developed while studying fashion at Parsons School of Design, Morris combines antique silver teapots with leather and intricate stitchwork to create uncanny sculptures.

Pangée (Montréal, QC), established in 2020, is a contemporary art gallery with a critical curatorial approach that embraces diverse expressions of art and materiality and encourages dialogue between practices. Pangée currently represents ten Canadian artists and interweaves international collaborations throughout its programming with emerging and mid-career artists.
