Description
Human-crafted. AI-refined.

This minimalist contemporary artwork features a striking textured panel composed of irregular, interconnected shapes in shades of gray. The irregular, organic pattern evokes the natural form of cracked stone or weathered earth, with subtle variations in tone adding depth and visual interest. The composition's asymmetry and the introduction of dripping metallic elements create a sense of movement and energy, hinting at the dynamic processes of erosion and decay. The artist's skillful use of materials and techniques invites the viewer to contemplate the delicate balance between the natural and the manmade, as well as the inherent beauty found in imperfection and impermanence. ...

Rosalie Becher
B.2000, German

Rosalie Becher is a german artist born in 2000. Having studied at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf and the Beaux-Arts de Paris, she now lives and works in Paris. Her work combines sculpture, drawing and writing. The notions of meeting and reflection of the self and the body in relation to space and its perpetual state of construction are central themes in her work. Her sculptures construct a paradoxical place at the intersection of body and void, light and opacity, where the fragility and cutting ferocity of her materials play together. Nourished by research in history and psychology, Rosalie‘s works invite viewers to rest in this place of paradoxical ambiguity and ambivalence. After her current residency at Villa Belleville, she will be in residence at the Cité des Arts Internationale in Paris. ...
