Description
Human-crafted. AI-refined.

The artwork features a vibrant and abstract composition, with bold colors and geometric shapes creating a visually striking display. The central figure appears to be a distorted human form, rendered in a cubist style with fragmented features. The interplay of warm and cool tones, along with the dynamic brushstrokes, suggests a sense of movement and energy within the piece. The artist's intention may be to explore themes of human identity, fragmentation, and the interplay between the physical and the abstract. ...

Artist
Tamo Jugeli
B.1994, Georgian

Tamo Jugeli is a young, Georgian emerging self-taught artist born in 1994. During 2013-2017 she studied Journalism at David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia and only started painting after. Soon she became mentored by internationally renowned artist and writer, Gia Edzgveradze. Paintings of Tamo Jugeli carry traces of unconscious impulses by its linear as well as color factures. An intuitive flow composed of simple elements of figures, colors and forms create complex and dynamic networks, which sometimes are transformed into shapes and sometimes are broken into abstractive signs. Each element stands on the frontier of a figurative or a plane deconstruction. Visual signs establish sculptural, fluid, spatial dimensions and attain their autonomy. We are witnesses to a game between transgration and sublimation, between the rational and the irrational. ...

Gallery Artbeat is a pioneering contemporary art gallery based in Tbilisi, Georgia representing mid-career and emerging Georgian artists. Between 2014-2017 the gallery started its journey as a project space, a moving gallery using a shipping container for site-specific exhibitions to introduce contemporary art in peripheral locations where museums and galleries don't function. The gallery has a significant presence on the international art scene, collaborating with major institutions and museums and taking part in art fairs such as NADA Miami, Untitled Miami, Art Dubai, Artissima, Art Cologne. Our aim is to support artists throughout their artistic journeys, foster cultural activities both locally and abroad, collaborate with international galleries and organisations and mark Georgia on an international art map. ...
