Description
This contemporary artwork features a striking display of black and white masks arranged in a symmetrical grid formation. The use of contrasting tones and the stark, minimalist design create a visually compelling and thought-provoking composition. The masks, which appear to be expressionless, symbolize the theme of identity and the human condition. The artist's technique of using these identical yet distinct masks suggests a commentary on the duality of individuality and conformity within society. The overall artistic style reflects a modernist aesthetic, inviting the viewer to ponder the deeper psychological and social implications of the piece. ...

Experimenting with scale and these alternating processes, Ross-Ho is able to extract the bizarre from the seemingly banal, contorting associations to reveal the thin line between artifice and nature in our everyday environments. ...
